If something isn't being delivered the way you expect, a few details let us find the cause quickly.
- The full URL, including the hostname it was served from.
- When it happened, with your time zone.
- The response headers — the output of
curl -sI <url>is ideal. - Roughly where you were connecting from. Country and network provider are enough.
Please don't send passwords, API tokens or other secrets by email. If a token needs rotating, we'll arrange it with you.
